Mark is a true expert and professional. He has re-aligned doors for us, adjusted a door & locking mechanism plus offered some very good security and maintenance advice. He is 100% trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to have in the house. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any door, window, lock related issues.

Absolutely cannot recommend Mark enough. One of our main display windows at the front of the shop had blown so Mark was entailed with replacing it for us. Communication from him was excellent and he accomodated us by working around the shop's opening times. He was also kind enough to move a large heavy planter we have outside the shop for me! He worked swiftly and tidily. I now have him bookmarked should I need his services in the future. The only downside is that he left the newly replaced window so sparkling clean it showed up how grubby all the others were and I had to get out with my tub of windowleen.

Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. All done in a timely manner and with a smile. Will definitely call again when I need further works doing!

Absolutely great experience. We had two double glazed units fitted, one including a cat flap. Mark priced up the work via email before and stuck to his estimate, had the work completed as fast as possible, and ensured a great fit and a great look.

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

Richard was fantastic! Not only did he fix our jammed door without a need for new parts, he then also offered advice and recommendations on how to maintain our doors and windows. He also fitted a brand new lock for us and our door no longer sticks or jams. He was also a genuinely nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. Having called up at 9am due to being completely locked out of my house, Richard arrived within 30 minutes and was outstanding from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough to thank him. He explained every single part of the process, was immaculately clean and tidy. Despite it being quite an old lock, he didn't try to just sell me a very expensive new locking system - he tried the cheaper repair first. Richard was patient and checked and double checked to make sure the repair was going to last. He remained patient and kind to explain all of the details to me, even when there were some more tricky elements to fix. His 20 years of experience and training were very clearly evident. In addition, he is an extremely interesting person with the most incredible stories. We had a problem with the front door of our but to let. Within 10 minutes of the tenant reporting it to me I had contacted Richard and made an appointment. He attended that day, ordered the materials and repaired the lock within a few days for the price he quoted. Absolutely spot on service you cannot ask for better. Richard is always neat and tidy and very pleasant to deal with.
