I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. It seemed I had managed to fix things myself and was worrying unnecessarily. Dave didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a token payment….just a request to leave a review. Dave, it’s my pleasure.

The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Steve also went out his way by more than 1 hour to collect the part required to sign this job off. If needed again in the future for any service I would not hesitate to call Birch Locksmiths.

Daniele was an absolute legend, after having my car misdiagnosed and ignored by multiple people. I found him online and his reviews really speak for themselves after some brief chats over emails I arranged to have to car taken to him. He kept my posted on everything that was happening and explained what had happend with the car. He charged a very reasonable price for fixing the issue. Sent me a detailed diagnostic report and is really a stand up guy. If your having car troubles that's ECU keys or Immobilizer related this man really is the go too. He was well worth traveling 40 minutes to get too.

We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely!
