Called up today due to being locked out of flat within 15 minutes he was with us was very polite and genuine man we was told by another company our lock was unpick-able and within 20 mins we were back into our home he was very helpful and kind, pricing is very good and is very reasonable we even got a key cut which was in the price which is very thoughtful so this doesn’t happen again. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Gave a very reasonably priced quote for high security locks. Very importantly his excellent workmanship is coupled with a polite and friendly attitude. We were getting locks changed after just moving in and right from consultation to end of service, Ash was so professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile and made our doors sturdier with better flush finish even adjusted the height, a real gentleman. Couldn’t recommend enough. Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! Arrived on time and replaced our front door lock quickly and efficiently. Also we showed him our back door which had not locked correctly for years, which he replaced as well. Very reasonable pricing and would definitely recommend.

Saturday am, ERA door lock faulty. Door only open from inside, nowhere has this doorlock or 2 day wait. Locksmith with me within 15mins of call. Fixes lock cost 65 quid new lock 70 quid Happy with that.
