I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Called ASL last week to arrange a new key for my van. Was given a few dates to choose from including today. They turned up at my North Dorset based business & completed the work (making a new key) in under 30 mins. Very quick, friendly & efficient service. Very happy customer. 👍🏻👌🏻

Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

I ordered a key from here as it was not found anywhere else so I assume it was a specialist key. The price was a little steeper than i was expecting but still reasonable. It did arrive quickly and the product is high quality so the price was justified. EDIT: After posting this review, to which i originally complained about a very high shipping cost (£8 for one key), i was contacted by the company to explain the why the price was high. I was told that due to the key i ordered being a security key they are obliged to send it by a certain courier service in order to produce the keys, which makes sense as the wrong key in the wrong hands can be deadly. They contacted me in less then a day after posting my review which is fantastic customer service and shows that their absolutely care about their customers and their reputation, so they do indeed deserve the full 5 stars I can give!

Brilliant. Older gentleman but knows exactly what he's doing and gave advice about the immobiliser 'key' he couldn't copy. Old car keys (old car!), he had the blanks, he could cut them when no one else local I tried could.

My local locksmith was unable to fix a safe lock, but recommended Brian Morland. I called Brian, and he said send it in and he will have a look. I posted it with the key, the next day I received an email quote, very reasonable. I gave the go ahead, and today, just 4 days later I received the lock and key back. I re-installed into my safe and all perfect again. Brian is a good old fashioned expert and I cant recommend more highly. Thank you very much.

Noel was incredible. My elderly parents live 100 miles from me and I needed to find a vehicle locksmith in their area as my parents had lost their only car key and arrange the whole thing from my end; initially a worrying task. Noel handled the whole thing, happy to communicate via text and chat on the phone to arrange everything. He visited their house, rang me with a couple of options to solve the problem and most importantly was flexible when they found their one key to change the plan and use that to create a copy so they had two. He kindly sent me a copy of the key code and a phot of the new keys. I am very grateful Noel. I lost the keys to my Thule roof rack and was half expecting we'd need to break the locks. I called ASL and they asked me to pop over on the off chance they could sort it. I was dealt with quickly and they managed to pick the locks and reverse engineer a key for them. I left happy because I hadn't lost the locks or broken anything. My husband lost his car keys, I rang asl mid morning and they were very helpful. We had a new key after lunch and were able to get on with our busy life. Very friendly and efficient, would highly recommend.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond. So nice to have him do the job for us, we were very happy and now feel safe.

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.

I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.
