Amazing service from the lovely man that owns Morlands. Couldn't be more helpful in sorting out my van key

My local locksmith was unable to fix a safe lock, but recommended Brian Morland. I called Brian, and he said send it in and he will have a look. I posted it with the key, the next day I received an email quote, very reasonable. I gave the go ahead, and today, just 4 days later I received the lock and key back. I re-installed into my safe and all perfect again. Brian is a good old fashioned expert and I cant recommend more highly. Thank you very much.

I ordered a key from here as it was not found anywhere else so I assume it was a specialist key. The price was a little steeper than i was expecting but still reasonable. It did arrive quickly and the product is high quality so the price was justified. EDIT: After posting this review, to which i originally complained about a very high shipping cost (£8 for one key), i was contacted by the company to explain the why the price was high. I was told that due to the key i ordered being a security key they are obliged to send it by a certain courier service in order to produce the keys, which makes sense as the wrong key in the wrong hands can be deadly. They contacted me in less then a day after posting my review which is fantastic customer service and shows that their absolutely care about their customers and their reputation, so they do indeed deserve the full 5 stars I can give!

Our Estate Agents recommended us to this place as we had a very specialist key we wanted cutting. It turns out these people are one of the only places in the UK. Expecting the price to be hiked for this reason I was surprised at the cost being so reasonable. The man behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged the key to be cut, and they were picked up the following morning. (Being a specialist key, they weren't cut while I waited.) Will definitely use this place in the future for all types of key. If you can't find a place that does your key, try these people and you'll be sure to get what you want.

Brilliant. Older gentleman but knows exactly what he's doing and gave advice about the immobiliser 'key' he couldn't copy. Old car keys (old car!), he had the blanks, he could cut them when no one else local I tried could.
