So kind and helpful and honest, I rang asking for help and the lady helped me through my problem without the need for a callout. I could have very easily been fooled into paying for something that I didn't need. Will 100% ask for services if I ever need some electrical assistance in the future. Thank you so much.

I called late this evening after all sockets in my home stopped working after turning the main switch on the fuse board on and off. The assistance I received over the phone was fantastic, really clear and helpful and the problem was resolved over the phone saving a call out. Really happy with the service provided and will be using Brooke Electrical moving forward for any future electrical works. 10/10
