James is one of the nicest most sincere people you could ever wish to meet, I instantly took a liking to him and that is not something I say very often. We were recommended James because we were falsely diagnosed a fault with our car by another garage (who we intend to take matters further with). James came to our property and diagnosed the fault, repaired our car in a speedy efficient courteous friendly manner, he put me at ease and made me feel better about the whole situation. Our car is now back on the road and running like a dream! James is human through and through, no tricks no garbage no cons just honest throughout and we can't thank him or recommend him enough! James is very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable at his trade. He came out to look at my car which had been towed home by the RAC, who basically said they couldn't help further because it needs dealer only parts and wanted me to pay them to take it there. He quickly diagnosed the fault, ordered the parts there and then and came back to fit them as soon as he had them. Honestly can't praise him enough and I'd recommended him to anyone. Thanks again!!
