I dropped my phone and made a real mess of it to the point it wouldn’t turn on! Took it to Gany Electricals and they said they’d try and sort it. Gave me an estimate as it was the motherboard so not a cheap repair! Gany phoned me later after re-testing the phone and advised that the camera was broken too and that would be a further cost. I was under no obligation to have it repaired but I gave the go ahead for them to repair the camera too. I then got a call to say it was ready to be collected and after 4 attempts at sorting the camera they’d managed to do it so no charge for the replacement camera! I am absolutely blown away with their skill, integrity and honesty! Thank you so much for fixing my phone and doing such an amazing job! We’ve used you many times before and you’ll always be our whole families first port of call in future! We’ll be recommending you to everyone and shouting it from the rooftops! Keep being amazing! Can’t thank you enough!

Amazing service as usual. I took my wife phone in that wouldn't charge , I was given a quote and a repire time of 3-4 days. Both of which I was happy with. I was called the very next day , to be told the phone had been repaired and was ready to be collected and it was going to be £10 cheaper than originally quoted. Great set of lads , great little shop. Highly recommended.
