We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. We would tell anyone to give them a call, speak to Chris and he will sort you out.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Paul the Director of Scott Electrical was one of 3 approved installers recommended by EO. When i rang and spoke to Paul he came across very well and i was confident to give him my job to install the car charger. The date was confirmed and Paul himself and one of his colleagues arrived on time. They completed the installation without any issues and their work was of a very high order . Furthermore Paul took the time to explain thoroughly the workings of the EO app which is required for use with the charger. Michael came to our house at a time that was convenient to us, he was punctual, polite and he holds an interesting conversation. He installed a TV for us in the bedroom doing all the cabling and mounting. It was a very neat job and the price was very resonable, i would definatley recommend to others.

An emergency callout for a distressed tenant. Very quick response once called after 22.00pm on a Saturday night, 20mins - 30mins ETA. I was looking for an electrician in Leeds to carry out an EICR certification, from overseas, and decided to go with R Pearson based on reviews. My dealings with them, which were only over email, were excellent; prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They ended up carrying out some others jobs for me and my tenant was also very happy with the communication and work, noting the team were friendly, on time and competent. Happy to recommend.

Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard.
