The entire house renovations would not have been completed without the efficiency and quality work provided by the entire MPS team. Marc is very accessible and transparent in regards to works required to make things right. Marc and Janine coordinates the entire project efficiently and got things done on time. Quality work from start to finish. Whether is it from rewiring and electrics or decorating, Kyle and Aaron always do an excellent job. Emergency leakage, or radiators needing fitted, Paul will sort things out. Pristine plastering work you could count on by Kevin and Steve

What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. I cannot recommend the service enough and have seabed the number for future projects that need doing in my house. Thank you!

The rewiring of our house was almost painless! It was completed in the time agreed, with a very high standard of work and professionalism. We were kept in the loop at all times and always had the power we needed to function. I can not recommend Craig and his team highly enough!

I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. As well as rewired our kitchen and daughter's bedroom to a very high standard. We have followed his recommendations on many electrical products and have been very happy with all his suggestions. As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I have to say a huge thank you. My very elderly parents suffered a total loss of electricity today meaning they had no heating and no electricity for their freezer, fridge, cooking and everything else. Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.

Our boiler wasn’t working - no display, not turning on, nada. I rang Flora Electrical at 6pm and they were with us within 20 minutes. Absolutely lovely guys and obviously super knowledgeable and passionate. Fixed the issue really quickly and Paran gave us some advice/knowledge for going forward. I was looking for an electrician in Leeds to carry out an EICR certification, from overseas, and decided to go with R Pearson based on reviews. My dealings with them, which were only over email, were excellent; prompt, polite and knowledgeable.
