Ashley was fantastic, so much so I have had in back for a few jobs. Big or small he is happy to help. Ashley installed new lights and cleaned up after (a rare from my experience). he chased and fixed my old odd wiring finding the route of the problem. Then fitted plugs for my new tv which is in the middle of my wall. No more messy wires. Ashley prices a great, he was happy to quote me on jobs with no pressure to book. After finding the charging point that I would have liked to get installed, the team at R&B got in touch via email and then a follow up phone call. Great service. Installer arrived as promised on time and a day when the weather can only be described as inclement at best with snow and wind. He worked outside to get the job done with minimal power disruption to us and the finished installation looks brilliant with all cables to the unit concealed out of view. Thank you I will be in touch again to get another charger installed when we change our other car to an EV.

Excellent service and a great overall experience. We had a few quotes for solar and Dale was the only one to come out and survey the house prior to providing a quote. Throughout the quotation process Dale was always open and responsive, helping us make decisions about equipment and setup. Once Dale and Sam were on site their professionalism and service were excellent and this did not falter throughout the full week they were with us. They were always open and transparent about everything that was going on throughout the installation and used the time to help us address other electrical issues such as an outdated fuse box. Josh is fabulous! He came to remove some sockets for me and replace a light pendant that was not working. He did this at super short notice, he arrived on time, was polite, professional and did a fabulous job all with a smile and left no mess at all as well as being reasonably priced.
