DP came to fit us an electric car charger. David was so helpful when he came to measure up and quote and even came back and remeasured /requoted when we wanted something different. He was patient and explained the different options and reasons why. When David and his colleague came to do the job they were friendly and efficient. I contacted this company who got back to me straight away to arrange an electrical safety survey. They kept in touch throughout. Tom and Sean came to do the survey, they arrived early and gave an absolutely first class service. Tom even sorted a couple of minor issues with no charge. As a new landlord, Tom and his team completed my EICR check and all the necessary work required to ensure my electrics were safe and secure and passed the necessary standards. Can't fault Coleman Electrical and will definitely use again if we need an electrician. Had no power in our house, did the usual of checking fuses etc. Craig came out the same day after being recommended to us and the supplier telling us it was a fault internally. Turns out it was a fault externally which Craig conveyed to them. All sorted in the early hours of the morning. Appreciated the text in the morning though off Craig to check we had power.

Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard.
