Contacted Eddy after seeing other reviews about his work. Had some extra sockets fitted, an outdoor socket and some CAT6 cable runs. Eddy was very professional all throughout the time he was here, but also friendly and informative about what he was doing etc. Its always hard finding quality tradespeople, but I would definitely ask Eddy back for other work if and when it crops up and would certainly recommend him to anyone else looking for electrical work to be carried out. Very happy with his work.

I engaged Adam to install and EV charger at my property which is an old cottage with parking on the opposite side of a private road in front of my house and the electric meter located at the rear of my property. In short, not a simple job. Adam was really clear on pricing, communication in general in terms of when he'd start the job and what time he was arriving etc. In short, Adam did a fantastic job. I called Adam at Jax a few weeks ago to look at installing a new circuit so that my COPD suffering dad could replace his old gas hob with an electric one. Adam quickly visited to assess the job and told me what information he needed to provide an exact quote. Once we supplied the information, Adam quickly responded and then arrived a few days later to carry out the installation of the circuit and hob. All information was clearly conveyed, work carried out tidily, in a timely manner and as described. All relevant certificates, test information, etc was quickly supplied. My dad can now happily use his hob safely with his Oxygen still attached. Excellent work Adam - thanks. A very pleasant, competent professional, who I will have no hesitation in recommending.

Tom turned up when he said he would, completed the job, explained what was wrong and sent me an invoice later that day. Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Needed a ceiling pendant light fitting changing to a flush mount E27, to accomodate a ceiling fan. Very pleased with the communication, punctuality, friendliness and workmanship from the electrician, very reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

We were in the process of refurbishing our business. We used EIC for all our electrical work. Ryan gave us ideas and suggestions we didn't even think about. Our new reception area is transformed with new spot lights and LED lights built into the reception desk. Used EIC a couple of weeks ago for two spotlights in my pourch and two spotlights outside my front door, I was very impressed with the advice and service I received. Ryan recommended my outside lights to be operated by a switch that connects to my WiFi and now I have them set on a timer and don't have to even worry about turning them on an off.
