Arctech Electrical have been our main electrical contractors for our regional sports centres for over 4 years now. Sam has been excellent and very reliable, providing prompt and thorough estimates for works to be done followed up by timely bookings of works with fantastic levels of flexibility where required. No job has been too big or small, undertaking PAT tests, wiring tests, small socket work, complex fault finding, through to full high level lighting installations across multiple sites. I would highly recommend Arctech Electrical for their excellent customer service and high standards or work.

Samuel was extremely polite and friendly, he fixed my issue quickly and explained what to if it ever happened again which is brilliant, on the back of this I have already asked him to do some additional work for me. I will definitely pass his details to anyone that says 'do you know any decent electricians' my answer will be Yes.!!

Had a power cut in the house and phoned a couple emergency services didnt manage to get help until I reach out to Binal, he was extremely helpful over the phone.and he was ready to come out immediately on a Sunday evening 9 pm. with his expert guidance he was able to identify the problem and help me resolve the problem over the phone . What a sound guy, incredibly friendly and helpful. Contact shortlisted and will be using him again for any electric matter in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Bilwire services gave us a quote for a house rewire. Bilal was easy to speak with and I found their quote to be good value for money compared to a few quotes I received. Our house was not easy, it is a period property filled with our belongings and not easy to navigate. The rewire was completed in less time than we expected, was to a very good standard and any queries were answered and acted on. We are really happy with the results and would recommend thank you

Thank you for the brilliant work! It was so lovely to have a tradesman provide so much background information and be so genuinely friendly and polite! Amrik completed the job to a high standard, cleaned up any mess and really provided some giggles! There was no pressure to provide payment immediately or be pushed into any other services but he still took the time to answer my questions about other future jobs. Initial communication was great and Amrik gave me a call 30mins before his arrival so really have no complaints! Will definitely use again :)

MAP Electrical is fantastic! They’re incredibly reliable, always quick to respond to my requests in a polite and friendly way. Their work is consistently professional, and Amrik (the electrician) goes out of his way to explain each step of the process. We had Ryan over for a wide range of jobs across several days - installation of new lights and electrical devices externally and internally, fault-finding, remediation and rewiring. He was professional, friendly, bang-on-time every time, left everything tidy, fitted quality parts, and took great pride in his work - explaining everything he was doing clearly and giving options and taking on board our requests. When there was a pre-existing fault that came up towards the end of a day of repairs, he stayed-on to make sure he left us with fully-working electrics before finishing the repairs another day. Knowing a good electrician is a pleasure and I'm glad he's in business in our area; I've recommended to friends and family and would hire again myself.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Another great job completed today second time using fusion electrical. Electricians were very polite and friendly. Carried out extra work needed same day which was great. Good communication from the office team aswell. Will definitely recommend.
