Bilwire services gave us a quote for a house rewire. Bilal was easy to speak with and I found their quote to be good value for money compared to a few quotes I received. Our house was not easy, it is a period property filled with our belongings and not easy to navigate. The rewire was completed in less time than we expected, was to a very good standard and any queries were answered and acted on. We are really happy with the results and would recommend thank you

Had a power cut in the house and phoned a couple emergency services didnt manage to get help until I reach out to Binal, he was extremely helpful over the phone.and he was ready to come out immediately on a Sunday evening 9 pm. with his expert guidance he was able to identify the problem and help me resolve the problem over the phone . Samuel was extremely polite and friendly, he fixed my issue quickly and explained what to if it ever happened again which is brilliant, on the back of this I have already asked him to do some additional work for me. We brought Sam in to help us rewire the house during our big renovation project. He was very accommodating with timings and how he fit into the project. For example, Electricity north west were relocating our meter on a fixed date so Sam came in and set up the new circuit offline to make this changeover as smooth as possible. The old circuit was still in use and once the change over happened Sam was back in to remove the old circuit and finish the work off promptly. Because of the nature of our project we had to do it in stages. Each time he did as much as he could to complete work and be ready for the next stage. He professionally dealt with issues, which arose after each stage even though it made his job more difficult. During the project the house wasn't in the tidiest state however where ever Sam worked this area was as tidy as it was before he started. His work is very neat and all the new circuits and wire placements make sense with no "cowboy" connections. Sam was great at helping us with suggestions and planning. He never went off-key and always talked through what the plan was before commencing work. This was also reflected in his communication via whatapp and text, where he was easy to contact and arrange dates. He is a lovely guy to chat to and we will definitely be using him for future work! Best electricians I've ever come across! Got a broken induction hob replaced with a new one. Booking was very quick and easy, the new hob was fitted PERFECTLY and efficiently. Friendly service and left the kitchen tidy. Very happy. Would highly recommend!

There are electricians, then there are these gentlemen. Call out was easy and simple. Arrived on time, one glance and already knew what to do. They did all the safety checks and the installation was done within few minutes. Would recommend and will use their services again.

Ash is absolutely amazing at what he does - always gives the best way forward, completes all the jobs to a super high standard and is so tidy! He’s done lots of different jobs for me, changing light fixtures, plug sockets etc and also done my rewires, PAT testing and fitting new circuits for more plug sockets. He’s always made me feel super comfortable whenever he’s been round to complete jobs and always been reliable and timely. Thank you for the brilliant work! It was so lovely to have a tradesman provide so much background information and be so genuinely friendly and polite! Amrik completed the job to a high standard, cleaned up any mess and really provided some giggles! There was no pressure to provide payment immediately or be pushed into any other services but he still took the time to answer my questions about other future jobs. Initial communication was great and Amrik gave me a call 30mins before his arrival so really have no complaints! Will definitely use again :)
