Mosi was very efficient and reliable. He fitted three new light fittings, one of which needed a channel making in the ceiling which Mosi did very neatly. Subsequently, he replaced an obsolete fuse box and gave us clear information on the options for replacing it. He was always on time, polite and friendly and was good value. I’m happy to recommend him!

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

We had problems with lighting and wiring in our garden for two years after each rain.. Ali was very quick to diagnose the problem. The sockets and wires were old and not well isolated against damp and water. He changed all wires and cables within 3 days. He came back following week after heavy rain to check everything is ok. Since we have not had any problems. I highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Tom (and his dad) highly enough. I called them based on a recommendation with what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. They were friendly and courteous from the outset and arrived early the next morning and sorted the issue in ten minutes at what I felt was a reasonable rate. Great job guys!

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again.
