5 stars services ! Contacted them to replace a defective electricity socket preventing my fridge to work. Emailed them at night, Ben came next day. Within 5mn, the real issue (which was a more complex issue) was identified and fixed, plus he helped me to put my heavy fridge back up in its place. Fast, efficient and friendly. Peter and the whole team are fantastic - they rewired our whole house as part of a major renovation and we're extremely accommodating in their approach, flexible around other trades and a joy to work alongside when I was doing DIY. My electrical issue enquiry was dealt with efficiently and professionally and a date was set with me very promptly. Great communication was maintained throughout, even down to the time the team would be arriving to attend to the issue. Both guys were very friendly, respectful and professional and got on with the work in hand, discussing the issue with me and the possible cause. I thought the rate quoted was very reasonable and reflective of the quality of the workmanship and overall experience. We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. They offered alternatives initially in case I was interested. Their quote was detailed including every individual piece of work. They were very professional at their work. I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

I had an urgent need of an electrician to look at my immersion heating late on a Friday afternoon. David was very responsive and replied to my enquiry quickly. Rearranged things to come and sort out the problem on the following day (Saturday) . The whole control panel needed to be replaced . PLS SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS. David rectified a very long standing issue of a terribly non compliant installation a fuseboard issue and constant tripping of an RCD. He is professional and knowledgeable immediately spotting installation errors and determining a course of action. He and his apprentice got to work immediately they remained focused on the job until it was completed. There was no time-wasting. Both he and his apprentice called Jai were exemplary professionals. I can not recommend them more highly. It was a pleasure having them in my home. David and Jai from Solar Sparky really are that good. In a world of cowboy electricians you need someone to trust, Solar Sparky is that company.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Highly recommend and will be using again for the repair and other work around the property. The office team are very quick to respond and were transparent with the pricing process and how much I should budget for this investigative work. Overall I found their pricing to be very competitive. They were the chosen supplier by Google for my 3rd Generation Nest Installation a few years ago, so they were the obvious choice when I needed to install a new one.
