I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

Cannot recommend highly enough - our experience with House Rescue Electrical was brilliant from consultation to installation. The work required was a full rip and replace of the outdoor and garden lights which the team delivered with stunning results. Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased that I went with House Rescue for my solar install. The planning and communication was great and made complete sense, the instal itself was remarkably quick and smooth, Jack hand his team were professional, punctual and very hard working. The handover documents were complete and detailed. Overall an incredibly well organised, efficient and stress free job. I am actually looking forward to having Jack back to install the EV chargers!

Rudi fitted an electric pull cord and installed a new shower. He did the job within a short time of me making contact and had a can-do attitude. He quoted a fair fixed price for the work and the actual work was finished within an hour. Would recommend him and use for future work.

WOW! What a find !! I have had an emergency electrical issue at my residence and had a number of electricians who contacted me and gave quotes over the phone which seemed high and the advice about requiring a new consumer unit that I didn't really need. Kosta came through on one of the sites to find professionals around the building trade i.e. electricians. He was very polite, approachable and easy to talk to individual. Due to my emergency electrical issue Kosta came to my property within 30mins of my call. He initially examined for major issues and left in a safe position and then said he would come the following day i.e. today. Wed 08/01/25, Kosta arrived as he advised and began a full examination of my wiring system and discovered some concerns which he rectified and provided further advice whereby there was no need to exchange my consumer unit and avoided extensive electrical work which we did not need. As a result, I can positively say this man is a genuine professional electrician that I would not hesitate to contact in the future and would definitely recommend his services. Just before we were about to leave the house on Christmas Eve to travel to visit family, something shorted in our electrics and blew most of the fuses in the fusebox. I tried flipping fuses back but couldn't get some to go and got a big flash from one of them! I phoned a few electricians I knew but there were no answers, so I tried North London Electricians. They called me back quickly and the guy talked me through how to reset the fuse box and isolate the problematic fuse, so we could safely leave the house with essential things like the freezer still working. And he didn't charge me for his help. These guys saved Christmas for us!

I’m no end grateful to David of North London Electricians. I picked them by instinct out of the list that came up when, at about 11.30 on Bank Holiday Saturday night and with us due to travel next morning, the incoming RCD to half our fuse board went down and wouldn’t be pushed back up, stopping power to all but one light in the kitchen and throughout the ground floor and all the sockets, as well as the boiler, conjuring visions of everything in the full freezer ruined and the stuff in the packed dishwasher furry with mould by the time we got back, I googled for an emergency electrician. The phone was picked up after just a few rings, a man asked me what the problem was, and then talked me through what to do about it. In a few minutes all was working again. I thanked him as warmly as I could and asked if I might make a donation to North London Electricians. “That’s all right,” he said, “just recommend us to other people.” That’s when I asked what his name was, and besides having since recommended him and his company to three different friends, here I am recommending them gratefully to everybody else.

This is probably one of the best services I have ever had .David was highly knowledgeable in his field , he is extremely mindful of safety procedures and very friendly and helpful . As the job took longer than we originally thought,he only charged me for what was quoted and I had a vaccination appointment ,which I didn't want to miss , he actually gave me a lift to the doctors surgery on his way home , one very happy customer!

I would highly recommend David and North London Electricians. I had my lights blow as well as a faulty basement pump. I called North London Electricians and they were there next day as agreed and David fixed the lights, changed an extractor fan and made the basement pump safe within an hour.
