We contacted EVP Electrical for an EICR based on the online positive reviews and can confirm that they are indeed a very good choice. Jeremain and Ben were very professional, efficient and extremely thorough in their work with excellent attention to detail. They uncovered long-standing defects which they remedied promptly and returned a few days later to finish the job, fitting around our schedule and at no extra cost. The quote they provided initially was fair and there were no hidden or extra charges after they completed the work. They explained everything they were doing clearly and provided valuable advice going forward. We found them personable and trustworthy, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work.

Highly recommended. Jeremain and Ben installed my Tesla charger and they really did a fantastic and very tidy job - which involved extending power supply from the fuse box to the front garden. They explained the whole process in detail beforehand and are very polite and professional.

Colin did a fantastic job on our flat. We needed quite a few things done, spotlights, light fixture replacements and socket installation and Colin and his team got it all done within a day and for a reasonable price. I even bought the wrong bulbs and Colin very kindly went to buy the correct ones. Very happy!

My experience with this company was very positive, Colin was able to do a last minute bit of work on my flat. He arrived very quickly and was able to complete the job perfectly. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. I called Sean from PJ electrics recently and he was polite and courteous and offered to provide a free quote. Ryan came along and confirmed the job. Ryan and John were prompt, polite and respectful - I even handed them the keys so they could let themselves in/out. The work was speedy, done to an excellent standard and they left my shed spotless! I am 100% pleased with this work - you should try this company - they have “good old-fashioned” values (well mannered, great work ethic and polite) you won’t be disappointed!

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.
