They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased that I went with House Rescue for my solar install. The planning and communication was great and made complete sense, the instal itself was remarkably quick and smooth, Jack hand his team were professional, punctual and very hard working. The handover documents were complete and detailed. Overall an incredibly well organised, efficient and stress free job. I am actually looking forward to having Jack back to install the EV chargers!

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Aziz arrived an hour after I called and from start to finish he was courteous, diligent, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step and answered all of my questions with great patience. His rates are exceedingly reasonable and I would not hesitate to use his services again should I have issues in the future.

I had several issues with the lights in my flat since moving in 3 years ago. Simply put, they did not work and each light had a mind of its own with dimmers not working most times and lights going on and off by themselves. I was given Crispins details by a friend who highly recommended him. Crispin is a highly professional individual. He is reliable and managed to complete the job perfectly (i mean, perfectly). He repaired severely complex wiring issues. He was persistent in finding a solution to each lighting problem and I am happy to report all my lights now work perfectly. He was always on time and with a positive attitude. Highly recommended!

I am always hesitant when booking someone I don't know from a trading website, but Mo at Daddy Electrician was superb. He arrived on time, he was switched on (excuse the pun), knew what he was talking about, highlighted potential issues but wasn't 'selling' and was open to other queries about our electrics. He is reliable, knowledgeable and solution focused. It was not a simple project but Mo invested a lot of time to ensure the result was perfect. He is great at explaining technical things and his advice regarding electricity and other trades has been very useful when redoing my kitchen. My experience working with him and his team on this project has been extremely positive. I felt relaxed through the entire project because Mo was there. Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. Fabulous electricians - great problem solvers and their work is first rate. Worked hard all day and left the room clean and tidy at the end (including putting floorboards back into place after having had to lift them).
