The team are Arc are so helpful! They have worked for me across two different companies now, as I know I can trust them to come in, on time, be professional and charge me fair rates. Their knowledge is excellent, they communicate the work required in a clear manner and if there are delays, let you know why. I had some electrical work carried out by Arc and was very pleased with the work. The electricians and administration staff were very good. When I had smart meters fitted recently I found that my storage heaters were not working. I was told by the electricity supplier that it was the radiators. The Arc team really helped me and also produced a report. I am very pleased with the company.
