A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! Luke was with us for a day and a half and did a brilliant job of the work, every small detail was carefully taken care of and the finish was amazing. I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. We had an electrical emergency late one evening this week and in a bit of a panic phoned Tom who freely offered advice over the phone. He didn’t initially tell me that I ought to get him out to fix the problem, but advised me truthfully that I could do the needful myself. Not feeling totally confident (we live in a rental property and I felt I had a duty of care to get a pro involved) I then asked him his rate, and he kindly offered to come round and do an initial inspection for free. He came round immediately and reassured us and went well beyond the normal service one might expect of a tradesperson, especially at night. He was also very friendly and pleasant, and we had a nice bit of banter with him too. Both my wife and I heartily recommend this company. Thanks Tom!

Tom came to change a light fitting and repair two bathroom fans which weren't working. He turned up on time, was polite and professional and didn't leave any mess. The jobs were done quickly, the light looks fantastic (it was a 5 arm chandelier and he was able to shorten the chain for me) and he got the fans working again. He also gave me some advise on dimmer switches, LED lights and moving a kitchen extractor fan. He gave the impression that nothing is too much trouble - I would highly recommend Intrelec and will definitely use again.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Bringing light where there had been none, Richard, Craig, and Luke were all very professional and arrived on time everyday to complete this major work. They were polite and took special care to make the process as straightforward as possible. We were informed of specifics and given options to achieve our desired results. They re-wired an old 3 level home in just under a week, working efficiently and joyfully everyday. Though the tasks required a very messy job, the team put in great efforts to vacuum and mop after the work was finished. We have used Down to Earth Electrical Contractors twice now. Once to get a certification for our rental flat and the second time on a new home we bought that needed complete rewiring as the house had no earth. They are professional, friendly, really easy to work with. They are precise when it comes to measurements and placements of sockets, light fittinhs etc. And super neat when they clean up.
