We had an electrical emergency late one evening this week and in a bit of a panic phoned Tom who freely offered advice over the phone. He didn’t initially tell me that I ought to get him out to fix the problem, but advised me truthfully that I could do the needful myself. Not feeling totally confident (we live in a rental property and I felt I had a duty of care to get a pro involved) I then asked him his rate, and he kindly offered to come round and do an initial inspection for free. He came round immediately and reassured us and went well beyond the normal service one might expect of a tradesperson, especially at night. He was also very friendly and pleasant, and we had a nice bit of banter with him too. Both my wife and I heartily recommend this company. Thanks Tom!

Great service and quality. What was best about Tom from Intrelec's service was that he offered advice and recommendations on how best to do a job even if it was a quicker/simpler solution. He is clearly interested in providing the correct solution for the customer based on their needs rather than the most expensive one. Following recently moving house we had him do a quick review of the visible electrics to identify any problems, fix a number of light fittings (spot and standard) as well as upgrade the existing Google Nest Protect system from an expired set of devices to brand new ones. We will be using Intrelec for our other Electric needs over the coming months and have already recommended him to numerous others. Fantastic local company!

Tom came to change a light fitting and repair two bathroom fans which weren't working. He turned up on time, was polite and professional and didn't leave any mess. The jobs were done quickly, the light looks fantastic (it was a 5 arm chandelier and he was able to shorten the chain for me) and he got the fans working again. He also gave me some advise on dimmer switches, LED lights and moving a kitchen extractor fan. He gave the impression that nothing is too much trouble - I would highly recommend Intrelec and will definitely use again.

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he knows his trade inside and out, and I appreciated how he explained what he was doing as he went along. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to others. We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! Luke was with us for a day and a half and did a brilliant job of the work, every small detail was carefully taken care of and the finish was amazing. Luke was really kind, communicative and shared all the relevant info with us we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend this company enough! From the people in the office, the 2 hour time slot to the person David that attended. He was polite, friendly and was really helpful. He sorted all my issues very quickly. It's always a worry when things go wrong in the house but knowing I have a local company that can come out and fix things gives me great peace of mind!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot praise the TNS team enough for their work on my project. Excellent Commercial electrician. They have identified our electrical fault within 15 minutes although we do have a very complex and modern heating system combining signals from Daikon and Crestron. We are strongly recommending the engineer called Nasser, who has an expertise with hearing interchange units (HIU) and an advanced heating technology.

We found TNS Electronics through Google, checked their reviews, and decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Taha and his team arrived within 10 minutes to address the serious issue. They tested the kitchen sockets and identified a loose neutral connection that was causing all the appliances to trip. Taha was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I was really impressed by such quick and accurate service. I broke my light switch and the same day I found Putney Electricians.
