I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

I was so pleased that I went with House Rescue for my solar install. The planning and communication was great and made complete sense, the instal itself was remarkably quick and smooth, Jack hand his team were professional, punctual and very hard working. Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

Contacted Tphase and they arrived within 1.5 hours after contacting them. They were able to install garden lighting for me. They were very polite and carried out the works without any fuss and left the garden spotless. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with some flickering lights. I fixed an appointment with Thomas to get it check. He arrived on time, quickly examined the issue and found the root cause of the problem. It's hard to find good workers these days but Thomas is definitely one of them. I will definitely go back to him in the future should I have more issues and point others to do the same

I was really impressed by such quick and accurate service. I broke my light switch and the same day I found Putney Electricians. Electrician arrived on the same day and fixed the switch in just 25 minutes, changing it to a new one. I recommend this company to everyone who doesn’t understand anything in electricity and need quick help with fixing something. Efficient and quality work was done!

AVA Electrics came at short notice to fix a problem with my fuse box tripping. Ben was punctual, polite and extremely thorough, taking every socket off the walls downstairs until he found the source of the problem. He explained what he was doing and came up with the solution. The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.
