Dr Ritika was very pleasant, calm, informative and put me at ease with my issue. The reception staff were also welcoming. I was also seen ahead of my allocated time. A brilliant dentist surgery.

My heart is so blessed that my beautiful daughter finally received her braces yesterday. It was not an easy journey as she had to have 4 adult teeth removed. This was traumatic for me as a parent to even think about. The waiting lists for hospital admissions are so long that we decided to try to do it in our dental practice. My daughter is extremely anxious but the Lord sent us Dr. Smita. I could not believe how amazing she is. She took a lot of time to explain every single detail to my child (who doesn’t trust anyone except me), she did it in a manner I could learn from her how to be a better parent. As she was her last patient, Doctor stayed at her work much longer than expected due to my daughter anxiety and quite a difficult process of big molar removal. If not for Dr Smita we would not be able to go ahead with the braces at all for a long time. She is an Angel, she is everything a dentist should be. Pola loves her and I do too❤️

I have been coming to this dentist all my life (30 years give or take). The receptionist team are amazing - always very welcoming and polite. They always go above and beyond and I always look forward to speaking to the team when booking an appointment. My appointments are always on time and my dentist is amazing! They always make me feel comfortable and at ease during any procedure I am having along with mellow music in the background which is a nice touch. Overall I would highly recommend London Road Dentist. As I said before I have been coming here my whole life even after moving out of Croydon but I still do the 1 hour commute. I went to London Road Dental Centre with my daughter who was a bit scared to go. Once she was with the dentist Maria, she was happy. The dentist made her feel comfortable before she started the check up. Maria was very polite, kind and caring. I am very pleased with her work.
