I had a great experience today at the clinic. The staff are really professional and friendly. I’ve been to other clinics before but never had a good experience with the dentist as I felt they rush things to get to the next patient and just unprofessional and rude but my dentist here at Gentle dental care South Croydon was very friendly and professional making sure I was feeling comfortable and discussing every little steps clearly in a nice way without being in rush and preparing you what the next treatment plan would be. I’m a really anxious person but I made the right choice to go to this clinic as they really want to help you and look for a solution. The clinic is very clean and I love the interior design. They also have a little tv above you while they look at your teeth it’s also something to make you relaxed.

I had appointment today with Simon who filled my broken tooth, I was nervous at first But he made me feel at ease and he was very friendly and supportive and explained the process to me I was very pleased and happy with outcome! He was amazing also his assistant Sonia who was helpful I highly recommend them!

The Gentle Dental Care team are great! I'm really happy with my dentist Humaira and the dental nurse, they are great with me and my kids, always so considerate and friendly. The hygienist Muhammad and his assistant cleaned my teeth really well and gave useful advice and recommendations. A great experience

This practice has such a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are big, light, and airy, giving it a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The receptionist is incredibly patient, helpful, and sweet, the dental nurse was so cool and chill (which put my nerves to rest), and the dentist was friendly and relaxed. They were all wonderful, putting me at ease, answering my questions and providing helpful advice. A really good experience and a practice I would highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

After looking at and reviewing online local dentist practices I came across Gentle Gentle Care. I completed the registration forms on behalf of my children online - this was really easy and user friendly. After this I wanted to ask some further questions so rang the practice, easy to get through. The lovely lady on the phone kindly answered my questions and was very informative and let me know all the steps of registering etc. I shared with the lady on phone (I wish I got her name) that I was quite frightened of the dentist myself and she was so reassuring !
On the day of appointments for my children to have general check up, their first visits to dentist! The practice was really clean and tidy and all staff friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the desk offered me a hot drink. Our appointment was with Dr Simon and Nurse Sonia. I spoke to Nurse Sonia before the children entered the treatment room to let her know I had not taken children to dentist as I was very very nervous - again really kind and reassuring :). Both children were completely at ease and comfortable thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Dr and Nurse. Dr Simon spoke gently to the kids asking them questions about their eating and teeth hygiene, throughout his treatment he talked through what he was doing and checking and why throughout. We all left feeling really happy and pleased this is where we would be coming for all dental needs. A really great team who are all friendly and approachable ! Thank you!
