I've been with this practice for several years now and they have never disappointed. Dental treatment is not usually something one anticipates with pleasure but it comes close to it with this practice! All the staff I've met have been friendly and helpful, and in particular Julie the receptionist has bent over backwards to help. I had treatment recently with Mahsa who thoroughly explained my options and detailed each step as we went along. Thoroughly recommend the practice.

I found dentist and all staff at ashdown dental practice to be highly professional and just as importantly kind and patient. Just had new flexible dentures made and returned this morning without a problem for adjustment. Mahsa ensures that she will always complete the dental work to the highest standard. Just the most wonderful dentist surgery. Considerate, informative and take care of all my families needs. It's not nice being told you need something done but having no idea why. I have just had a porcelain crown fitted by Dr Balaie and her dental nurse. The description of Dr Balaie’s work on the practice website is completely accurate. She does take care to put her patients at ease and explain the opinions for what needs to be done. She checks that you are ok throughout any procedures and states clearly what the correct clinical standard requires in terms of any dental work needed. The dental nurses and receptionists are friendly and professional too so overall a visit to this dentist’s is an excellent experience.
