I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist, Manisha, and my dentist, Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Manisha was lovely—she was gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Patel was outstanding. From the moment I sat in his chair, he conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth and explained everything in detail. During the procedure, he ensured I felt no pain and continuously reassured me, which made a world of difference. As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. All of the staff at Kenley Dental Practice are very caring, patient and amazing!! With anxiety and nervousness from bad experiences at previous dental surgeries, all of the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
