I called about a crown recementing. I was able to get a same day appointment at Walton-on-Thames. The staff were professional and friendly. The price didn’t break my bank. Definitely value for money. I have booked a dental check-up as I was very impressed by the team.

Thank you Pooja Capoor for sorting out two broken crowns. I really though I had lost both teeth. I was referred to Pooja via recommendation. When I arrived, she told me she promised to help save my broken teeth. My treatment has been brilliant from start to finish. I have not had to worry. She took X-rays and 3-D scans of all my teeth. The saved moth my roots and was able to attached two new crowns to them. I am extremely grateful and the alternative would have been expensive implants. The treatment room very clean and the back ground music helped as I do not like pain. I'd also like to say the dental nurse that worked with Pooja (ANISHA JOSHI) was also brilliant. I will be recommending Pooja to others.

First impressions were great ,the place is easy to find,clean and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and really put me at ease. Very efficient but in a relaxed way . Sarah the dentist knew I was nervous and was so kind and took her time to explain everything. I felt so happy when I left and will definitely make it a regular thing now. I used Dentaprime UK after doing extensive research into a full mouth restoration, from the moment i walked in to finishing my treatment Dentaprime have been great they have explained in great detail at every stage what to expect and they were doing, lots of surgery and healing later i now have great teeth! Amazing service, can't fault it. Didn't like that my temporary bridge broke in three places and had to pay £500 for it, should have have covered. Overall, happy with the results.

You couldn't ask for a better Dental Practice. I've been visiting the hygienist here for a few months now and she's been fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgable, informative, communicative and always asks me questions and checks on my comfort levels during the clean. I saw the dentist here also and she was also very professional, knowledgable and informative. I really like the way they explain what they're doing, WHY, the impact both long and short term and what I can and should do to improve. I would highly recommend this practice. It's clean, comfortable, welcoming and warm just like the staff. The ladies at the front desk are always smiley, helpful and professional. there's also the personal touch where they have a little joke and humour with you also.

My first check up visit here was super! Excellent young dentist, warm and very professional. He quickly identified issues, he was clear in explaining them to me and recommended treatments that fit my (NHS) budget. I saw the hygienist too and she was gentle and professional, she saw my sensitive teeth needed some part-anaesthetic which really helped as I had lots of build-up and gum redness; she left me clean and reassured. When I looked in the mirror I could see the darker areas of my teeth gone (which I thought could not be removed/cleaned), my teeth were shining again finally and no pain. Very satisfied and have already booked the next two appointments for both. It doesn’t look big from outside but it has lots of rooms (and friendly staff!), plus it’s right in front of the tram stop, and only few minutes from East Croydon station.

I met Nadine a couple weeks ago for an emergency appointment to fix a retainer. She was super attentive and welcoming and genuinely one of the best dentist I've had. I immediately booked in a hygienist appointment with her and once again provided an amazing service with useful feedback. Thoroughly recommend Nadine for future visits. Ben the assistant was also helpful.

As usual. they never fail to deliver on service. Jay is an amazing dentist who always aims to do the very best for you so when you leave, you leave happy and smiling. The receptionists are always very polite and bubbly too. The reception area itself is relaxed and comfortable.

Been a patient at SQDP for a while now and always pleased with the service I receive. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. I was seen recently by Dr Triman for a crown and was pleased with the care I received - he explained everything clearly, outlined all the options and was accommodating when my temporary crown became dislodged by my aligners - I was seen within 2 hours. Appointments generally run on time and I can get through to someone on the phone 80% of the time. If not, I just email instead and receive replies back in good time. Thanks to the team at SQDP!

I had a great experience recently for a check up and hygiene appointment with Alison Hardy at the Surrey Quays Dental Practice. She was very professional and thorough. I cannot sing enough praises about Dr. Schmidt and the team at SQDP. In fact, I fear that this review would sound too cliché because I concur with what most of the 5-star comments here and about to say the same. When Dr. Schmidt took over from his predecessor a decade or so ago (by then I have received dental treatment at this same surgery for 15 years) I was slightly apprehensive. However, I was immediately put at ease from the first 10 seconds of meeting him. Since then Dr. Schmidt and his team have helped me through several dental crises that could affect me professionally. I appreciate their empathy and willingness to help from the instant I come through the door (or when the call is connected). All the treatment plans are thoroughly communicated and explained, and there is never anything unnecessary. More importantly, as I can speak from experience, Dr. Schmidt has solved a number of awkward and challenging problems for my husband and me, with excellent results and minimal discomfort. I can say I am immensely grateful for their help, and count myself very lucky to be looked after by SQDP.

I just had my first appointment at this practice and I had a very pleasant experience throughout, from getting an appointment booked very quickly to the team (the dentist and her assistant) being very friendly, clearly explaining my treatment plan, and even being able to give me a small filling on the spot - all whilst being warm, personable and patient. Overall, I was very happy with my visit; it's probably the best experience I've had with a dental practice.

Had an emergency appointment today, I was 20 minutes late and had called up prior to my appointment to raise this. The practice staff were were kind and accommodating and we still able to see me, I had an x-ray and my appointment did not take too long. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I had a tooth that needed treatment, and the entire procedure was completely painless. I want to share our incredible experience with the exceptional dentist, Ms. Haley Seresht. Our five-year-old son was extremely nervous, and his baby teeth were severely infected due to an earlier trauma. We had seen other dentists, but none of them came close to the care and professionalism we received from Ms. Haley. From the moment we met her, she took her time to thoroughly examine our son, helping him feel calm and reassured, which meant the world to us as parents. She not only explained everything clearly but also patiently answered all of our questions, ensuring we understood what needed to be done. We were anxious about our son’s health, and the thought of waiting months for an NHS referral was daunting. Ms. Haley went above and beyond, trying to relieve his pain immediately by using medical ice to reduce the abscess, which brought some much-needed relief to our little boy. When she realized more urgent care was required, she swiftly referred us to a clinic specializing in nervous children. Thanks to her advice and guidance, our son was treated within 48 hours—his teeth were removed, and he’s now back to being healthy and pain-free. We are forever grateful for her swift actions, compassion, and expertise. Because of her, our son is back to his happy, healthy self, and we couldn’t be more relieved. Such an amazing Invisalign experience with the whole team here. Mehdi was incredible and always found a way to fit me in despite difficult working hours. Every stage was explained thoroughly and my teeth look perfect thanks to his perfectionism. Chanel and Myla are the most professional reception team I’ve ever come across.
