Excellent Service and Clean, Comfortable Environment I had a wonderful experience at Putney Hill Dental Practice today. The service was prompt and professional, with speedy responses to my queries. The receptionist was polite, well-mannered, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Today, I had a hygienist visit with Natasha, and it was fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The practice itself is clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall comfort. I can’t recommend highly enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at ease thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Alam truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and informed at every step. He took the time to explain my treatment options in a way I could easily understand, never making me feel rushed.

I used Putney Hill Dental Practice for many years when I lived in St John’s Avenue, in particular Dr Collie Moran. The service was always excellent and I appreciated Collie’s competence and professionalism. For the last 7 or 8 years I have lived in Switzerland and given I frequently visit London to see family, I have continued to use the practice. The costs are reasonable (certainly compared to Switzerland) and the care continues to be excellent. Also a word of praise for the reception team who are effecient and do their best to fit in with my often time constrained requirements. No hesitation in recommending the practice .

Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

. When I went to Tudor House for the first time, I was blown away and couldn't wait for my next appointment. Dr. Koray and his assistant did an excellent job. Originally, I had gone in for teeth whitening, but during the visit, it was discovered that four of my bottom teeth had decreased in height and needed to be fixed. The necessary arrangements were made and my second appointment was booked. The entire process was handled with professionalism and my assessment was thorough.

I was a new patient at the practice and had a double hygenist and check up appointment. In both cases, a high quality job was done. I was also pleased that my queries and concerns were listened to, and solutions were well explained to me. Very happy!

I'm aged 57 and have had a fear of the dentists since I was small and I have found this to be the best Dentist Practice I have ever experienced. Catherine and the other receptionists are very welcoming and reassuring. Teresa the hygienist is very methodical, gentle and patient. Mitesh is the most calm, reassuring and professional dentist. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Their membership plan is fabulous too and ensures I have a 6 monthly dentist and hygienist check. My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. I’m an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist and find it to be quite terrifying. Dr Patel soon put my fears to rest and explained everything to me, putting me at ease almost immediately. He explained my treatment clearly, offered me options and worked with me to work out a plan. Always a friendly welcome at the Mews Dental practice, we have been going there for 25 + years and even with the change of ownership we have great experiences (the dental work is never something you want of course!) but they are all helpful, friendly and work to get the best treatment possible for you.
