As a patient who was terrified of the dentist in my youth, the Willows has changed all that. Dr Newton with his calm and kind approach makes one feel immediately confident and relaxed and I am very grateful for that. Now, the overall vibe may have changed a little since the practice became part of a group but the Belton staff are as wonderful as always and I remain very confident in Dr Newton's kind and professional care.

After enduring significant pain due to two affected teeth requiring root canal treatment, I am grateful to Andrew for his prompt diagnosis of the issue. With the administration of antibiotics and my treatment, my oral health is now back to normal.The professionalism exhibited by Andrew and his nurse is truly exceptional. Andrew has been my dentist for many years and always looked after me well. I broke a tooth and was able to get a cancellation appointment to repair the tooth on the day I called. Great service as always.
