Dr Adnaan was amazing today. I needed 4 fillings and was so anxious and boy did he put me at ease. He was gentle and so patient with me. I had a tooth that needed treatment, and the entire procedure was completely painless. Dr. Chavda and nurse Carly were incredibly patient and professional, which made me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. After years of hesitation, I’m really happy that I chose this clinic. The staff here are true professionals, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Such an amazing Invisalign experience with the whole team here. Mehdi was incredible and always found a way to fit me in despite difficult working hours. Our five-year-old son was extremely nervous, and his baby teeth were severely infected due to an earlier trauma. We had seen other dentists, but none of them came close to the care and professionalism we received from Ms. Haley. From the moment we met her, she took her time to thoroughly examine our son, helping him feel calm and reassured, which meant the world to us as parents. She not only explained everything clearly but also patiently answered all of our questions, ensuring we understood what needed to be done. We were anxious about our son’s health, and the thought of waiting months for an NHS referral was daunting. Ms. Haley went above and beyond, trying to relieve his pain immediately by using medical ice to reduce the abscess, which brought some much-needed relief to our little boy. When she realized more urgent care was required, she swiftly referred us to a clinic specializing in nervous children. Thanks to her advice and guidance, our son was treated within 48 hours—his teeth were removed, and he’s now back to being healthy and pain-free. We are forever grateful for her swift actions, compassion, and expertise. Because of her, our son is back to his happy, healthy self, and we couldn’t be more relieved.
