Top rate service - Michael took time out of his day to fix a blocked drain without any prior notice. He resolved the issue quickly but then went the extra mile to inspect, clean and clear connecting sewer pipes to ensure we were left in the best shape possible. I cannot recommend Michael enough, I texted at 9pm on a Friday night for a totally blocked drain for a rental house and had an immediate reply from Tracey and they arranged a visit to the property for 9am the following morning. I wasn't happy to discover a blocked drain on the Friday afternoon of a bank holiday weekend. However a quick call to Flow Fast Drainage and within a few hours the drain was unblocked. Excellent service!

Michael was absolutely amazing! The patience of a saint when it turned out that a second drain cover that we needed access to was hidden under a good couple of feet of earth where a tree had previously been 🙈 so out came the shovel and 45 minutes later we’d reached the manhole cover. I was honestly waiting for Michael to tell me to get someone with a digger in to remove the earth but no! Absolute god send, lovely fun person to chat to and incredibly reasonable prices.
