We have had 15 sash windows refurbished, repaired and some replaced. Copycats understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and respected the heritage of the windows. The quality and beauty of work was exceptional and was completed with very little disruption to our home. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our windows have been transformed this year. From replacement sashes with double glazing that look exactly like the originals but with the added benefits to new kitchen windows and stable door. Simon understood the brief exactly - the windows had to look the same as the old ones and the new kitchen windows (replacing ugly uPVC) had to fit in with the existing windows on the rest of the house. Copycats did an excellent job replacing two solid wood windows in my period property. Simon and team were excellent from start to finish, and the communication was great. They made and fitted beautiful windows, and they were brilliant at tidying up after themselves. I look forward to using them again.

Our ancient steel window casements (in a conservation area) are being restored by a specialist firm that doesn't do carpentry. When the casements were removed, rotten frames were revealed. Copycats to the rescue. They made exact replicas of the original frames and worked with the casement restorers to ensure a good fit off-site. They arrived to fit the windows as planned and everything fitted perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout. The finished windows look amazing, and were cost effective compared to replacement options. We couldn't be happier.
