We are absolutely delighted with the work that Richard and his team have carried out for us recently. They blitzed our various jobs over four days and that included building and installing bespoke under stair storage cupboards/shelves/hangers. Every single member of the team was very easy to have around the house and the end result looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

We spent a couple of years working design features with our architect and getting planning permission for our 3 bay car barn. We ran a competitive pricing process and were very impressed with the enthusiasm and attention to detail by Richard. This came through in the construction and in the culture of the Barnwood team as we met and worked with Callum, Haydn, Ben and Chris. Tabitha was also the engine that drove the project from the program, cost and contract perspective always overcoming those pesky issues that arise. This was not a straightforward build. Ground conditions, retaining wall, levels, existing structures all had to be either built, removed or adapted to suit. Richard and the team kept the site spotless and did everything in house. It’s such a pleasure to meet craftsmen that care and have the capability to meet conditions and solve the issues of the day in their stride. We will continue to use Barnwood as we improve our home and its grounds. Having spent 40 years in the construction industry I found this build a pleasure to be involved with and can wholeheartedly recommend the Barnwood team

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.
