Tom is brilliant! After I posted the ad on checkatrade (to remove 2 old storage heaters and install new ones in my Let flat) he contacted me so quickly and offered to come to the flat have a look. He told me everything I need to know, very patient and professional. He even helped me to collect the heaters from the store (as delivery will be delay) and replaced it perfectly in such a short notice. Which really helpful in such cold weather. After that, he called me and let me know everything is fine. His price is very reasonable.
