I cannot fault him, I called him to attend an elderly friend of ours whose CH had stopped working. Despite being busy, he phoned to say he would be there early evening and duly arrived as promised. He identified 2 problems with the system, fixed them, refilled the system and checked it over. He even had the part on his van. The bill was very reasonable.
