Called Dan out for an emergency water leak. He identified and dealt with the problem quickly and was very reassuring, Very friendly and supportive, takes time to answer all your questions. I would happily use him again.

Dan is an amazing, knowledgeable and very professional heating and gas engineer. We called him in to power flush our central heating system (photo attached) as the radiators were not getting hot enough or in some cases at all. He quickly figured out the issue with the pipework and also advised on other issues to make the gas and heating safe for us. We appreciated his attitude and work ethic and decided to go with his recommendations to introduce a boiler flue management kit and renew the gas supply pipework. Dan kept us fully informed throughout the process of his work and that really helped us feel more confident and comfortable that he was doing a great job and everything in the right way and in line with the latest regulations. We would definitely recommend Dan for plumbing and heating works.

Dan fitted a new boiler, installed the new kitchen and created a wet room for me with in my budget, without compromising on the quality of the materials or the workmanship. Dan did herringbone tiling and spent a lot of time insuring it was completed properly. He also installed underfloor heating in both rooms and replaced all the flooring and supports underneath the kitchen. Dan even created a temporary mini kitchen so we were never without a cooking or washing facility. Nothing is a problem for Dan and he will go the extra mile to help you. He even provided us with heaters when our old boiler broke down. Dan looked at my Pinterest images and worked with me to create the exact design I wanted. He also sourced designer radiators and brought catalogues to my home to look for what I really wanted. Dan was clear that he would make sure that the dream would be achieved! Dan also introduced me to other reliable tradesmen, who helped with the overall work. Dan is knowledgeable and explains everything that he’s doing on the job. Overall Dan has a great positive mental attitude and made a stressful renovation much easier by managing it and reassuring that everything would work out fine.

We'd been having leak issues with our under sink waste pipes. Daniel came and replaced the existing assembly which hadn't been done well by a previous company. Really good job, carried out professionally and a good price too. Daniel is a really friendly guy and I'll certainly call him again if I have plumbing issues in the future.
