Picked up my brand new Eletre today from Rybrook Lotus. Jade was fantastic and the handover was very thorough and detailed. They really know how to make you feel valued and you can tell customer care is something they take seriously.
I popped in because my 7 year old boy just loves cars. From the receptionist to the sales guys, they were very welcoming, friendly, and had time to chat. We even got two posters for his wall. Really nice dealership, and should I ever win the lottery, I shall be back. The car selection is epic!!! Thanks , made my lads day.

Without a doubt, this is the best dealership experience I’ve had in 40 years. The individual (Ian Groves) has worked at Rybrook for 9 years but only recently has moved across to focus on Lotus. He was extremely knowledgeable, he asked good questions and the car demonstration was thorough and enjoyable. As a result I have placed an order today for a new Eletre.
