Popped in on the off chance after going to see another car at a different dealer and ended up purchasing a used Jaguar XF. David was upfront, honest and very patient especially as the finances took a few days longer than expected. Also delivered the car which was a great help. A couple coats of polish and the car looks great and so far I could not be happier. Thank you.

I can definitely recommend Prospect Solihull. I’ve used them a few times now after recently buying a late model Freelander 2 from another dealer. It has needed a few repairs (under the dealer warranty) These repairs have been done and I’m satisfied with the end result. They always explain everything that needs replacing and costs involved etc. They are even happy for the dealer to pay them directly which saves me paying and having to claim the money back. Especially with the recent expensive warranty claims! Some garages won’t deal with warranty companies but prospect have been really good about it. Luckily the dealer warranty is an in house warranty so claims are agreed and paid very fast and easily. Unlike other warranty companies who try to get out of paying! I will be back in the future and will probably use them for servicing and repairs in the future.

Diamond grade honesty. Great customer service is hard to find but Prospect Solihull just set a new benchmark for others to aspire to. 17k miles ago a Mercedes dealership told me that my front and rear discs were ‘at the [wear] limit’. I booked the car into Prospect Solihull based upon my experience of their high-quality work and fair pricing. 30 minutes after booking the car in the Technician working on the vehicle informed me that the discs and pads did not need replacing; “bring it back when they do and we’ll sort it for you”. It would have been so easy to fit the parts they’d sourced to the vehicle that was taking up space in the workshop – but no they did the decent thing. In addition Andy the owner tells some entertaining and very informative stories about life in the world of Mercedes Benz.

Hi I brought a Jaguar XF just before Jan 25 I found a problem with it when it was out of warranty but I contacted them and asked then to have a look. They took a look and said they would fix the issue free of charge and also do something else they found when looking. First rate service I would recommend buying from them any day.
