If only all service garages were like Crossroads. From the first contact to paying, not a bad word to say. Excellent telephone booking so helpful even when I mentioned about having to collect my Grandson up from School, flexibility was not a problem. I waited in the reception and had a cup of tea. 30minutes later my car was ready for the road. Already booked my MOT for next year. Thank you so much.

Fantastic, called up needing an MOT as mine had expired the month before without knowing. Spoke to a lovely woman on the phone she asked if I could bring the car down and she would see what she could do. I dropped it off and by the end of the day it was MOT'ed passed. Great service. Great everything. Will be back.

Local family owned independent garage. Great bunch of lads who love cars & have a passion outside of their work for anything car related. Experienced & honest. Won't "make up" problems that don't exist when car taken in for repair unlike other places I've been. My car was even washed & vacuumed when I collected it! Courtesy cars available if booked in advance for which small charge added to bill. They may not be the cheapest garage I've been to but trust, experience & great customer service are more important.

Excellent customer service, honest company who never complete work if not needed. Told by a tyre fitter I needed new pads. Crossroads completed the work needed on track rod ends and advised the pads were not required saving me money. Used on numerous occasions for MOT and services of the family cars.

A huge thank you to the team at Crossroads Service Station. Genuine lovely people that give great customer service and do a great job at what they do. My car had a broken spring issue and suspension was shot essentially. Working with my warranty cover, my car was attended to and resolved very quickly by Steve and the team. Being local, they even collected the key from us for the lock, which was above and beyond service. We have used them for servicing with my partners car and we will continue to use 😀 Thank you!
