Had my car booked in for a creaking noise through the steering, with RAC Warranty. they had the car for over 2 weeks as they were not sure exactly where the noise was coming from. in the end they put a new steering rack on and greased every thing for me. the car is now like a new car, it drives like a dream and better than anything no creaking noise. thank you sandy lane for all your patience and understanding and repairing my vehicle. i couldn't be happier. Brought my Vauxhall Insignia into Sandy Lane Service Station a fortnight ago to have my headlamp cluster swapped out and the associated electrical faults cleared on my dashboard cluster, before then having it MOT'd. Diagnosing the headlamp cluster wasnt a straight forward job, I'd taken it into other garages a couple of times and couldn't get it sorted (not great for the bank balance). Fortunately Sandy Lane got me sorted out (which was a relief!) and were pretty flexible with the timings and very fair with their price. 5* from me!

First time using this garage for vehicle repair and it most definitely won’t be the last! RAC dropped me off here as I had a seized brake caliper 20 miles from home. Work was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you for all your help.
