Blown away by this place. I’ve only used them a few times but they always go above and beyond. Genuinely superb customer service. I’d accidentally left something there once and never went back for it. I went to the garage again a few months later and the guy recognised me and brought it out to me. The fact that he remembered me and had kept hold of it speaks volumes to their honesty and decency. Highly recommend this place

Really positive experience with my car today. Rang the office agreed a time to drop it off & collect it. It was really hassle free. Gave me a thorough diagnostics on my issues with my car & received a detailed invoice on email and paper stating exactly what was wrong and an estimate for work to be done at a good price. I’m not one that usually write a review but in this instance I felt it more than justified. I’ve been taking my car and family and friends vehicles to the Arches for repairs and serving for some time now. The service from the receptionist could not be better, always friendly and accommodating, easy to deal with and keep you informed throughout. The work has always been to a high standard and the thing I really like is Vinny or one of the mechanics will always ring you and discuss what they find. I’ve always found the cost of repairs and servicing to be fair and reasonable. These days it hard to find a garage that gives that personal touch and makes you feel your in good hands. Arches garage have achieved this and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, which is why all the family and friends use them now. Well done guys Vince
