James and the team are absolutely brilliant. I constantly come back to them as they are the most honest, competent and value for money garage that I have known in nearly 25 years of owning a car. They are honest and upfront but never evasive; if they say something will cost a certain price, I trust them implicitly. They are willing and able to accommodate you and deal with any issues, even if they are busy (which they always are - a sign of returning customers). They are clearly incredibly competent and skilled - in previous garages I've needed to come back for tweaks and additional repairs after work hasn't gone to plan but I have NEVER had to do this here. They are skilled, they test their work properly and they are committed to doing a thoroughly professional job. Not to mention how hard they all work - they are there from 7am to 6pm and even on weekends. I don't know how they do it! Having repairs done on a car is a stressful and uncertain experience.
