Excellent! Suggested not to recharge aircon because of a leak also advised it didn’t look like it had been recharged for a while.. probably saved me a small fortune. Others may just done it then looked forward to doing it again. Many thanks & well done 👏
Had an appointment @ 13.40, turned up @ 13.05 as I was close by, staff managed to get on to it near enough straight away, which they didn't have to do. Much appreciated Ended up having both passenger side tyres changed for new perelli ones, not keen on having two pirelli on one side and two Michelin on the other side but I can get those swapped around to suit Much better experience than some other garages..
Mr Ian Parkinson, the manager, helped me, with a beautiful smile on his face, from start to finish, on the first day, and even when I returned a day later for a printed invoice, he was still a smiling gentleman, and gave me the print out. Keep it up Ian, your whole approach is a very good example of an excellent manager, delivering very good customer service while working under pressure!
