The food overall was good. The menu has some unique options such as pork roulade if you are looking for something you can't easily do at home. However, the ribs were overcooked and I have seen in other reviews that this is the case so I think it is only an issue with that dish. In terms of the service our waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable, but members of staff were gathering and chatting in between a doorway which had frequent foot traffic and it was a bit uncomfortable to walk in between them to get past.
Enjoyed our evening meal. The staff - especially Alex - were very helpful and freely offered a range of smaller portion options for an elderly family member. A warm and genuinely friendly place to eat.
We had a nice pub lunch here over a weekend day. The pie and chips was tasty and it wasn't too busy. Quite a chilled atmosphere as well which I like. Plenty of free parking aswell..
Great Sunday lunch and the service from all the staff was very good. Alex was looking after us at the table, he was very pleasant and friendly making sure all our needs were met. All five of us enjoyed our food.
