First started getting my hair done by Charlotte 8 years ago. Her bright coloured purple hair was what attracted me to the salon, as I wanted to get a completely different hair style with a vivid colour. Although at times she might seem dopey/dipsey, her sense of humor makes the experience all the more enjoyable, Her creativity and attention to detail is like know other. I have absolute faith in Charlotte, her precision and ability to come up with new creative styles (colouring and cutting) never ceases to amaze me, I now just sit their and say do whatever you want. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND x

The best experience every single time! I’ve started going to Sophie since May last year and she is amazing & professional at what she does and her knowledge on hair is very good. Before my first appointment I went in for a full consultation of my hair and thought this was very professional and reassuring before the treatment day. I see Sophie for my hair and I’ve had such an amazing experience… I absolutely love my colour every time I leave and it’s such a relaxing experience - so much so I nearly fall asleep in between the chats with the girls. My initial consultation was very professional and it impressed me how much knowledge Sophie had on colours and what would look the best, but also be a low maintenance look… the colour was better than I imagined and now I really look forward to my afternoon in the salon! Sophie is absolutely amazing! She’s so lovely and was so patient with me throughout the entire appointment. From the offset her and Danielle were honest and managed my expectations and Sophie guided me through the whole process as she knew how nervous I was feeling! I’ve had a complete hair change and I’m over the moon with it. I feel like a new person, especially considering the damage and condition that my hair had. She lifted so much of the colour off with a colour corrector and gave me tips for managing it going forward!! Highly recommend and Sophie is my now go to girl!! Today was my first visit and Molly took great care of me, she is a lovely warm young lady who made me feel very welcome and i have booked again as i am delighted with the result, my hair looks and feels wonderful! Plus i loved the massage chair whilst having my hair washed! The salon is modern and has a really friendly feel, and the prices are great. The online booking app is a huge bonus, i got a same day appointment and now have future appointments booked. I had my nails manicured and painted today for my weekend away in Harrogate. This was my first visit mascuarade and was made to feel very welcoming and was offered a coffee straight away. The staff were all lovely and felt like I'd been going for years, i will be having my nails done again and have booked for my hair done in a couple of weeks. Really pleased with my nails they look and feel great.

Abbey created the most amazing pink and white ombré look for my nails today. I’m so happy with them I can’t stop admiring her work. The whole experience at Masquerade was fantastic, a very friendly warm welcome from these ladies. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended first class service!!

Rang last minute 7.30 Friday evening left message on answer machine. The manager got back to me 30 mins later and i was in at 8am Saturday (12 hours later). Great consultation around colour and had every confidence in the final outcome. Nichola was brilliant checking on length as I had quite allot cut off. Took advantage of the great offer Too for this month Would highly recommend, never been before and they were very flexible to my late planning. I will be visiting again very soon. Didnt feel rushed and they listened to my requirements carefully and executed them 😍 thanks Nichola

Welcoming staff. Best nails I've ever had. Fasted blow dry and curl I've had too. Would go again however spiral staircase was tricky to manouver with. Not suitable for people with disability.

Firstly I must say if you've never been to Berni then go, you won't be disappointed. I've been having my hair done with Berni since she first started and never had a bad haircut, and I've had so many different styles from long to short and she always gives good advice as to what will suit my face and skin colour. I have very thick hair which is sometimes a challenge but not for Berni! I'll just say it's a pleasure to go and I always feel good about my hair when leaving. I had been looking to change my hairdressers for a while. I came across this salon after searching online. After reading the reviews and looking at the photos I decided to give it a try. Bernie was very friendly and professional. She adjusted my colours and highlights to her recommendations and the results were amazing. She is a perfectionist and cut my hair with such attention to detail. I love my new haircut. Can't recommend this place and bernie enough. Very pleased with the whole experience

From walking through the door, having your hair done with Berni is just a very relaxing, pleasurable experience.I have long, very thick hair, but she is meticulous with the colour and the cut is so good, that weeks and weeks down the line my hair still falls as if it’s just been done. She’s very knowledgeable, offers great suggestions and advice, to be honest I just leave her to it , as I trust her impeccably, and always walk out with my hair looking and feeling amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Amazing salon, the ladies are lovely and so easy to talk to which makes it a very nice atmosphere. The results are incredible! And so well priced! I had my nails done here a few times and always watched Beki work her magic transforming people's hair so I had to book in and I love the results! Would recommend to anybody!

had my first appointment today with Alison, To say I am pleased is an understatement, I am delighted. The best haircut/style Ive ever had. The salon is bijou but spotlessly clean and all the staff are friendly and pleasant. I will be a regular customer in the future. I plan to make a day of it and have some beauty treatments too.
