Another wonderful appt with Rachael. Definitely the best hairdresser I have been to. I always leave feeling amazing.

I have used Rachael's services for over 2 years now. She is amazing! I love the ethos of the salon and as a fellow vegan - I am so grateful to Rachael for running such a sustainable business. She is an excellent example to us all who are trying to do our bit for the environment. Back to hair services - Rachael is very attentive and a great listener. She makes sure that she really understands what you want. Rachael is also great at coming up with suggestions - if you are not quire sure what you want. You can be sure that whatever she recommends will look fab on you! I started with hairstyling about a couple of years ago and have now transitioned to colour as well. All I can tell you is that my hair looks and feels amazing. My visits are very relaxing and rejuvenating. Just got home from a few hours at the salon - and I absolutely love my hair! Thank you so much, Rachael! You are a master of your craft! Truly!

I don't enjoy the hairdressers and my daughters had told me to go to Rachael at Gronn. So glad I did, what a wonderful relaxing experience. Rachael is so lovely and a fab hairdresser. The shop has a calming vibe and is so relaxing. Will be returning and would highly recommend.

Rachael is a fantastic hairdresser. I’ve been to her twice now, and just booked for another appointment. She takes the time to listen to what you want, and the finished result is perfect. She doesn’t try to sell you products or upsell anything. There’s such a laid back, relaxing atmosphere and because she works alone, there’s not excessive noise or distractions going on with other customers. Would 100% recommend.

Best hair salon I’ve been to! I’ve been to many different hair salons including a very expensive (too expensive!) award-winning salon and this salon beats them all. The atmosphere is very calming, it’s so quiet!! Rachael is clearly very talented & knowledgeable. I have never had a hairdresser give me such an in depth consultation before, I learned so much about my hair and the science behind it and she even recommended products that she didn’t sell, she just recommended what she knew to be good, which was so refreshing. I am also vegan too and it was wonderful knowing I didn’t have to worry about any products being non-vegan. It also made our conversation all the better! I am hair sore too which Rachael expressed she is as well, and it meant she was very gentle handling my hair- so relaxing! Rachael achieved the results I wanted very well and gave me beautiful layers. I’ll definitely be going back.
