It was my first experience having a massage with Sophie. I was very nervous and worried on the way there about feeling uncomfortable as of not knowing her or the environment and undressing down. I had pains and tenses and stresses in my back, shoulder's and head, and had booked in for a back, neck and shoulder massage with Indian head. Within 5mins of being welcomed into the treatment room I was instantly put at ease with how professional and welcoming she was. With a calming voice, and a full explanation of what to expect. The room was beautifully arranged and instantly felt relaxed, and comfortable, with calming music and warm temperature. My treatment was very relaxing as Sophie has a unique touch and I felt so refreshed and balanced after it and fully rejuvenated, grounded and lighter. With the combination of personally selected essential oils. Sophie goes above and beyond and you can see and feel just how passionate she is about her therapy. Katherine is amazing at what she does, and she is a woman of many talents. I'm always really pleased with the results. Over the years, I've had many treatments and have never been unhappy with any. She takes her time and makes sure she pays attention to detail, and has an excellent knowledge in her field of expertise. She treats all clients with the same level of care and is also very kind and caring giving a level of service I haven't received elsewhere due to her empathetic nature and excellent sense of humour. I wouldn't trust anyone else. By far the best. Thank you for always making me feel beautiful inside and out.

Today was my first visit to the salon and meeting Nick. He listened to my thoughts and concerns regarding my hair, and spent time explaining what he thought would help me achieve what I wanted. I was happy with the results and already booked my next appointment. Enjoyable experience.
