I used Black Cherry Events for a large marquee in my garden for my wedding pre events and I would 100% recommend!! The marquee itself was absolutely beautiful from the structure itself to the interior (carpets, sofas, chairs, lighting, speakers). Everything was literally perfect. Claire designed my layout and came out to do the site visit and she was an absolute dream. She answered my every query and put in a lot of time/effort to ensure I got the layout/design of my dreams. We had a lot of emails back and forth and she never failed to reply promptly! The men setting up the marquee on the day were calm, professional and polite. Everyone commented on how beautiful our marquee was and I will definitely use Black Cherry Events again for future events - thank you! 🤍

Claire and her team were our chosen marquee provider for our wedding on the Easter weekend on 31 March 2018. We spoke to a number of companies who quoted and we felt Claire understood what we were seeking to achieve and we believed her and the team could deliver. Claire made the time for several site visits and the team were a good friendly tea-supping bunch. We had a few niggles with water coming in around the heaters given heavy downpours which were unavoidable but Claire came down and sorted it on the eve of the wedding to allay our fears / stress. Would highly recommend using Black Cherry Events. Marquee of great quality, functional reveal curtain, quality drapes and dance area with star cloth and wooden bar worked really well

We had our wedding at Hoyle Court May 24. Jonathan and Michelle were fantastic from our first meeting and leading up to the big day. Nothing was too much trouble, helped ease nerves and supported with planning as much as you would expect a wedding co-ordinator to do. Our wedding day was perfect, everyone commented on the beautiful venue, grounds and gardens. The food was delicious, a huge shout out to the chef and staff. 5 stars!!! We had our wedding evening party at Hoyle Court, and it was absolutely perfect! Hoyle Court is an amazing setting, full of charm and character which created the most marvellous atmosphere for our celebration. James and his team were fantastic from start to finish - attentive, professional, and always happy to help. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food that all our guests enjoyed. Everything was beautifully presented and plentiful! Hoyle Court is a truly special venue and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold a party. Last night was an annual formal dinner dance and I must say all the way through the planning james and his team were extremely helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. Then on the night we had great fast service delivering fantastic food of great quality taste and very large portions. Other guests there making a note for their events

James and his team are brilliant and have never disappointed. The building is a hidden gem with such character and warmth, and the food is incredibly delicious and comforting. Can't wait to visit again.

We had our wedding at the Old Barn in March 2024 and we couldn’t have wished for a better day. From our first meeting with Diane the year prior to the day everything was spectacular. Diane is a complete professional, extremely friendly organised and hard working, she worked closely with our suppliers making the weeks leading up to the wedding stress free. Throughout the planning she recommended some fantastic suppliers! The venue is beautiful in a lovely location it was the perfect size for our wedding of 80 day guests. The food was spectacular, I have been to a few weddings at other venues where the food is mediocre however the food on our day was superb, the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings were beautiful! All the staff at the old barn worked incredibly hard, always with a smile on their face and they couldn’t have done enough for us. Thankyou so much to everyone at the Old Barn for creating such a magnificent day for us, the only let down is we can’t do it every year!

We booked the Old Barn at Esholt for our wedding and are thrilled with how everything went. The food was amazing, of a really high quality and we've received lots of compliments from guests about how delicious it was. Our wedding guests were able to use the driving range, which was a massive hit and made the day that extra bit fun and unique. We paid a small fee to be able to have the venue stay open until 02:00AM which was a fantastic bonus for us as we usually feel that weddings end too early. Diane and her team were a pleasure to work. They were flexible and accommodating about the menu, ceremony layout, music and extra bits we wanted like a cheese wedding cake. As our guests love craft beer, Diane ordered our preferred cans of beer and sold these on the day. This was a lovely touch for us to be able to have our ideal drinks selection on offer. The day itself went very smoothly with everything being impeccably well organised with great care taken. We were thoroughly well looked after and we are so grateful.

Fantastic venue had our wedding here in May and it was perfect we wanted a relaxed and fun wedding and that’s what we got. Diane was really helpful beautiful venue and lovely food what more can you ask for

We got married at The Old Barn on September 30th and it was such an incredible day! From the moment we booked our wedding to when we collected everything from The Old Barn, Diane and her team have made us feel special and truly looked after us. Diane is unbelievably organised and experienced, and throughout our planning has given us many a tip/suggestion that paid off well! When the day came, everything went perfectly. All of our decorations and little touches were taken care of beautifully and exactly as we had asked for them. Although it rained all day, there was more than enough room for all our guests to stay dry! All of the food and drinks were incredible too; and all the staff took great care of us, very attentive but also gave us the time and space to enjoy our day. We also used The Old Barn's DJ for our reception (Alex Dixon) and he was just incredible. We sent him a list of suggestions/requests before the day and he really ran with it, which created an incredible atmosphere where the dance floor was never empty! Natalie was brought in by Lineham Farm to help with the planning for our wedding and she was an absolute gem. She kept everything running smoothly, never for one moment did we think she wasn’t in control of everything that was happening. The day was the best it could possibly have been and exceeded our expectations by a mile. Thank you so much for all your help. 🥰🥰

In one word - AMAZING! Where do I even begin? Natalie is one of the most efficient, organised, lovely wedding planners I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped every step of the way with our wedding. She was attentive to all of our details and quirks may I add haha! From start to finish there was excellent communication, our wedding day would not be the same without her. Makes me want to have a second wedding just for her know-how and skills. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Abdul provided a great service from the first meeting. He catered for our needs of wanting simple but elegant decor and worked within our budget. The room was decorated beautifully and they left some additional decor for our sweetheart dinner table. They worked with the venue to set up the day before and returned the day after to collect the mandap and decor. No hassles!

The team decorated our wedding venue to the utmost perfection! Everything we had discussed in advance was taken into consideration and executed so well on the day! They set everything up on the morning of our early ceremony start and did the changover decor for the reception. The communication leading up to the event with Abdul and Kinza was fantastic. They were both always very accommodating to all our requests. Absolutely fabulous service, would highly recommend their services!

I personally recommend this company. They did my son's birthday decoration a few days ago at my house and Saqib took care of it all. All stress free on my part. Keep up the good work. Will definitely use in the future. 5 stars from me.
